The individual will participate in<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Programming Component<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Define customer needs in terms of automation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Simplify and de-risk the solution to be developed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Program API communications scripts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Build SQL queries for database manipulation and migration;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Develop widgets (in Javascript) in the various Zoho applications and tools;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Program the integration of Zoho with external applications;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Perform support and provide technical support (programming) to the internal team of Consultants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Consulting Component<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Define the business structure of the companies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Understand the architecture of the various computer systems;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Conduct technology assessment and develop recommendations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Participate in the review of processes according to LEAN principles in order to improve them for better automation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Advise the client on best business practices, and on the potential for improvement and automation of various business functions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Conduct functional analysis of the various application modules and diagram them;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Parameterize, develop, and program around and within the selected Zoho Suite applications;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Work in a team with other specialists and ensure a healthy management of the customer (user) relationship in an interactive Scrum – Agile – Sprint development mode;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Develop custom reports, layout and integrate various visual elements into interfaces required for information capture and presentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Requirements & skills needed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer engineering or BAC in computer science;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Knowledge of programming languages: Java, Javascript, PHP, Typescript, NodeJS, Deluge;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Specific knowledge in process definition and improvement;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Leadership, team mobilization, ability to see the big picture, interpersonal skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Understanding of both process and technical aspects;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Relevant experience in this field;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Bilingual; French – English, both spoken and written.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        • Knowledge of the principles of managing an organization, from marketing and sales to delivery and customer support through billing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Knowledge of process improvement and Lean – Blitz tools;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Knowledge of Scrum – Agile – Sprint development methodology;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Knowledge in consulting role and\/or project management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
