Winning the City of Montreal&#8217;s animal services contract drove rapid growth in its workforce and made automating internal processes a necessity. To support that expansion and strengthen how it manages human resources, the organization undertook a full digital transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With that in mind, Proanima turned to NSI Solution to rethink its training platform and HR tools and to better support both its current and future teams. The goal was to put scalable, high-performing, integrated solutions in place, solutions that would streamline recruiting, onboarding, training management and the day-to-day tracking of employees
