Its product portfolio is one of the most extensive in the world, and includes domestic elevators, commercial elevators, stairlifts, ceiling elevators and adapted vehicles. It also offers medical beds and therapeutic surfaces through its Span division. With production facilities in North America, Europe and China, it can reach global markets more efficiently and build to meet specific customer needs.

Savaria was not satisfied with the support it received from its partner. They wanted to replace their existing custom dealer application with another platform that would enable them to develop a more robust application, own the code, own the application and improve integration between their other operational software, such as Zoho CRM.
