Zoho Flow can be used as an intelligent intermediary. It receives an email (via Zoho Mail, Outlook, or another compatible source), then reads its HTML content to extract the relevant fields.

- Read fields such as: Last Name, First Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Address, Type of Service Requested, etc.
- Clean up the HTML to keep only useful values
- Automatically create a contact or opportunity in Zoho CRM

- Read the raw HTML or text of the message
- Identify each line and extract what comes after the “:”
