On October 8th and 9th, Zoholics Canada 2024 took over the Palais des Congrès in Montreal, bringing together hundreds of professionals, entrepreneurs, and experts around the Zoho ecosystem. NSI sees this as a major step forward in facilitating cross-team collaboration and strengthening CRM adoption, a central point in the digital transformation strategies we implement for our clients.
  • Service Plus: A powerful consolidation of services, including FSM, SalesIQ, Desk, Voice, Bookings, Assist, and Lens. This all-in-one solution perfectly meets the needs of companies looking to enhance the customer experience while optimizing their operations.
  • New Zoho IoT Platform: A low-code solution that simplifies the connection to sensors and controllers from popular brands like Mitsubishi and Schneider. Zoho IoT enables the creation of custom dashboards with real-time data, accessible from anywhere, providing more efficient management and optimized decision-making. This announcement opens up new possibilities for our clients in highly technical sectors.
  • Zoho RPA: A revolution in automation, particularly for companies still working with legacy systems or applications without APIs.
  • New Features in Zoho Books: Zoho Books unveiled several new features, further improving the financial management of businesses. Notable additions include:
    • WhatsApp integration for direct communication with clients.
    • Fixed asset management to track depreciation and residual value.
    • Mileage tracking in Zoho Expense, ideal for companies with mobile employees.
    • Revenue recognition for simplified revenue management for subscription based invoicing
    • Bin Locations and Stock Counting in Zoho Inventory, offering better inventory management for companies with complex stock needs.
  • Analytics 6.0: This new version brings revolutionary features for data analysis. The updates include:
    • Ask Zia for descriptive data analysis and KPIs through natural language queries.
    • Advanced visualization options such as clustering, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
    • AutoML for easy integration of machine learning without programming expertise, and the use of Code Studio for those who wish to code in Python. These features take predictive analysis to the next level, providing deeper insights from available data.

 Artificial Intelligence and Zia at the Heart of Innovation 

The NSI team was particularly captivated by the demonstrations around Zia, Zoho’s AI assistant, which continues to improve. From creating charts in Zoho Sheet to generating advanced reports via Analytics, and automating workflows in Zoho Creator, Zia is becoming a true personal assistant for businesses aiming to boost efficiency.

The integration of Zia in Zoho CRM, which helps predict user behaviors and improves lead management, particularly caught our attention. For our clients seeking to optimize their sales, this feature could be a game changer.

Dataprep and New Analytical Tools 

Zoho has enhanced its Dataprep application, a powerful tool for automating data preparation and transformation. Dataprep stands out with its capabilities for managing and cleaning data from multiple sources. Companies can break down data silos, anonymize certain information, and apply advanced filters to improve data quality. The Transform by Example feature allows users to manually correct or transform a data sample in a column, then automatically apply this adjustment to the entire dataset.

For our clients, this tool represents a significant advancement in optimizing data use within Zoho CRM or any other system, simplifying the integration and management of information from various platforms.
