American Biltrite is a manufacturing company established in 1913 in Sherbrooke, Quebec. It has two business divisions: commercial floor coverings and industrial rubber. There are several production stages that are not mechanically linked.

Today, several parameters influence the production, which becomes more and more complex to manage and makes it impossible to have a vision of more than one week. This causes staff turnover and order rejections.

American Biltrite sought to understand and identify acceptable technology solutions in conjunction with AS400 to reduce effort, improve processes and optimize the results generated with a monthly view.
