Over 80 Training programs
Our training courses are designed for organizations and employees who wish to successfully achieve their business transformation, digital transformation or reach their full potential in the Zoho environment.
In accordance with andragogical principles, which advocate learning through experimentation, NSI offers in traditional or 1PL (One Point Lesson) mode, more than 80 training programs grouped according to the following themes.
Strategic Planning
This exercise allows management to question its business model, define its short and medium-term objectives, clarify its strategic orientations – and translate them into actions, involve the organization’s resources, and follow the collective progress of each person in PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) mode. NSI favors the use of the Hoshin Kanri tool, as it allows for the illustration of a complete and detailed strategic plan on one page.
Project Management
A project manager coordinates the different activities that lead to the fulfillment of the needs of the different stakeholders. First, this includes the ability to identify as a team the activities to be performed, the analysis of the current situation, the definition of the expected situation, the realization of a digital assessment before/after a transformation, the definition of business requirements, the review of key processes, the identification of solutions/applications and the derisking. Then, a project manager must be able to manage the setup, development, programming, and training while following the implementation, transition, and change management plan.
Project management takes into account the principles of the theory of constraints and the implementation of an MVP (Minimum Valuable Product) to avoid the perfection syndrome, rather clearing the way for wavering functional and progressive iterations.
Lean Six Sigma and Blitz
Lean Six Sigma combines two concepts: Lean and Six Sigma. Lean focuses on lead time and is based on the review of processes which ensures that each activity adds value to the customer. Response time is reduced and the overall efficiency of the team is improved. Six Sigma is concerned with reducing variation and tackling sources of error based on in-depth data analysis; quality is thus improved and achieved the first time around.
The blitz is a methodology that allows to concentrate efforts in time so that improvements and gains are achieved more quickly, which is the simple application of Little’s Law.
Agile and Sprint
Agile is a methodology used in digital transformation projects where operations and development teams work in constant collaboration throughout the project. It is the voice of operations that takes precedence over the decisions made. It is important to define the scope of the project at the very beginning by insisting on the business need. Benefits are defined and measured throughout the various deliveries, but it is important to stay focused on the expected results.
The Sprint method condenses the development and delivery of the solution into short periods of time in an iterative mode. Thus, as deliveries are made, you must be ready to be influenced and to question yourself. Instead of dictating the project, you need to find solutions that meet the needs of the various stakeholders. Decisions made at the outset may change once the solution is actually implemented in the field.
Zoho
The Zoho suite is an affordable, easy-to-use SaaS ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system that features more than 70 applications supporting a variety of business functions. These flagship applications include marketing, sales, project management, human resources, inventory, billing, accounting, recruiting, customer service, and support.
Continuous Improvement
Continuous improvement approaches are carried out in Top-Down and/or Bottom-Up mode. The implementation is done by setting up a Center of Excellence which also allows each organization to define its own integrating concept, methodology, techniques, tools and distinctive elements. The objective is to continuously improve and innovate in order to adapt the way of doing things to the needs of the clients by having its own secret formula.
Why Provide Training to your Team?
Engage your employees in a sustainable way
All humans have the desire to develop skills, learn and overcome obstacles. This is one of the innate and necessary needs for job satisfaction and engagement.
Master a repeatable and successful approach
The cohort of trained employees will be able to take charge of a real business problem, clarify the process and implement winning solutions.
Improve customer relations
One of the guiding principles in Lean is that the customer is at the center of our thinking. Participants will learn to look at the process through the eyes of the customer and identify what brings them the most value.
Value and promote the experience gained
NSI’s certifications formally communicate the development of skills including problem-solving, change management, and project management.
