PAL+, a tourism group with approximately 350 employees in the Eastern Townships, needed to re-establish the integration between its new MEWS hotel software and Zoho CRM following the migration from Hotello.
The goal was to improve hotel reservation management, reduce errors, and better centralize data. A custom integration was developed to automate the transfer of information to the CRM and improve data tracking.
The project eliminated manual data transfer, reduced errors by approximately 50%, and sped up operational tasks by several hours. PAL+ now benefits from greater visibility into its reservation data and a more reliable foundation for its marketing efforts.
