Over the past few years, the number of requests for support and assistance has grown steadily. The volume of requests for room rental, equipment rental and production support has made internal processes increasingly complex, due to the lack of visibility of information and the use of Excel and Word files. Digital transformation was imperative to effectively manage the distribution and rental needs of over a hundred filmmakers annually.

The introduction of Zoho CRM has considerably improved the collection and organization of information on filmmakers and their works, which was previously scattered across dozens of separate Excel files. The process of centralizing information on submissions, copies and venues is now simplified: these records are now in their own separate CRM modules, eliminating the need to go back and forth and manipulate various files. In addition, reports and dashboards greatly simplify reporting to various levels of government. Finally, the equipment and room rental process is simplified by centralizing information between the rental system and the database. In fact, these reports and tables save an average of two weeks’ work per year.
