The organization wanted an integrated solution to replace its various non-integrated solutions. The project targeted the sales process, the service installation process and the after-sales support process.

After 2 years and a lot of money invested with other external firms, the customer still didn’t have a functional system. The arrival of the NSI team made it possible to implement the ZOHO CRM solution within 4 months, while respecting the customer’s expectations.

The project standardized the product catalog and facilitated collaboration throughout the now standardized process. Specific technical requirements, such as the fact that a high proportion of sales are indirect, via partners, implying a particular structure of customer accounts, were taken into account. The project also enabled the automation of follow-up reports and the complete elimination of paper in the process, thanks in particular to the ZohoSign electronic signature system. The next step is to integrate the Zoho Finance suite.
