The clinic opened its doors on July 4, 2023. The team, made up of around twenty healthcare professionals, was looking for a centralized solution to support the enrolment and billing processes for their personalized services. The most important challenge was to implement a solid, flexible foundation for different types of customer relationships: corporate, family and individual. The ultimate goal was to ensure an exceptional customer experience from day 1 of the clinic.
