Zoho One Digital Transformation for the Well-Being of Isolated Seniors

Over the years, Little Brothers has provided comfort and made life easier for more than 8,000 isolated seniors, known as Great Friends, by coordinating a variety of services and maintaining a close relationship with more than 2,500 volunteers. Offered activities carried out by the team of around 100 employees, including 30 coordinators, include welcoming volunteers and Great Friends, matching them up and organizing hundreds of events across Quebec.

Since 2018, an internal reflection has prioritized an internal digital shift. The organization was looking for an integrated solution to replace its in-house solution and wanted to benefit from the latest technological developments such as telephone integration, connected forms or map viewing. This shift was critical if the organization was to achieve its growth targets (10% per year) and guarantee the sustainability of its systems.

The project enabled us to better collect information from new volunteers, Great Friends and partners via Zoho Forms connected directly to Zoho CRM. Zoho CRM has made it much easier to find information and visualize it through structured reports. It’s now easier to view support activities, and event organization is greatly simplified. Finally, the database provides access to real-time dashboards.

Overall, the Zoho One suite can reduce up to 50% the time spent on team coordination. Precious time that will enable coordinators to stay connected with the field, and especially with Great Friends.
